Rocky Point Head Start Center

This is a recently completed center for the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project. Situated on a wooded lot near Wilmington NC, it serves an area that East Coast has been serving for many years. The original Center was destroyed by Hurricane Florence in 2019. Head Start funded a new center on a nearby tract pf land, and it takes the H&F model to new creative heights with all steel covered courtyard and play spaces and concrete floors and all steel modulars.
